I, the artist, retain full rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything save for personal use

the artist has no claim of ownership over characters depicted; unless stated otherwise

the artist has the right to use the commission piece for advertising purposes

the artist has the right to decline any commission

direct alterations to the artwork without the artist's permission is prohibited (excludes cropping, resizing, using it as an icon etc)

you must have at least one coloured visual reference

commissions with the intended use to promote hate will be automatically rejected

all prices are listed in usd

payment will be made via paypal

i will begin working on your commission after payment has been made and recieved

until i've accepted your commission, please refrain from making a payment

complicated designs will be charged extra (2-5 usd)

refunds will not be given once i begin the art process; you are, however, welcome to a refund prior to this

minor corrections and edits are free of charge

minimalistic backgrounds (solid colour, gradient, shapes etc.) are free of charge

simple backgrounds (see examples) will be charged extra

one character per canvas for halfbody commissions

you have the right to ask to see a wip of the piece you've commissioned

any kind of association of commissioned art with NFTs is strictly prohibited

kofi is to act as a tip/donation jar, please do not send payment through kofi unless specified

aggressive and rude behaviour will not be tolerated

turn around time is tentative at best due to health reasons, please do not commission me if you need a piece done by a set date
